Professor King is recognised internationally as an expert on corporate governance and sustainability. He has developed ground-breaking the King Report on Corporate Governance, code and guidelines, which have been globally accepted as the best practice in corporate governance and ethical leadership. He has spoken at conferences and lectured on corporate issues in 60 countries.
Mervyn King, a senior counsel and former Judge of the Supreme Court of South Africa, consults and advises on corporate legal issues. He sits as an arbitrator and as a mediator. He is a founding member of the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa and for some eight years was the South African judge at the ICC International Court of Arbitration in Paris.
He is a regular speaker on radio and television talk shows and ran his own television series, “King on Governance”. He has been chairman and director of companies listed in London, Luxembourg and Johannesburg. He is Chairman Emeritus of the Global Reporting Initiative, Chairman of the International Integrated Reporting Council and Chairman of the King Committee on Corporate Governance. He is an honorary fellow of several businesses and accounting organisations, he has received several life-time achievement awards from reputable global institutions, and holds honorary doctorates from universities in South Africa, the UK and Australia.
Dr Saravanja is a Chairperson of Regenesys Business School. He has been an academic, monk and an entrepreneur. Marko obtained his PhD in Performance Management. He was a finalist of the Ernst Young World Entrepreneurship Awards and he served on the Advisory Board of First National Bank in South Africa.
Marko has written the book ‘Secrets of Success.’ He has delivered talks on conscious leadership across the world and he has travelled to 70 countries. He has started several successful entrepreneurial ventures in South Africa, Croatia, Nigeria and India. Marko’s purpose in life is to help people awaken their potential and achieve their dreams.
Dr Law is Dean at Regenesys Business School. Penny has worked in senior positions at the Universities of Cape Town and Witwatersrand and she serves on the Higher Education Quality Committee of the Council of Higher Education, which is South African government accreditation body.
Penny has consulted for many international companies, and she has been involved in several entrepreneurial ventures in education, financial services, travel and tourism on three continents. Penny’s expertise in educational psychology and emotional and spiritual intelligence guides the development and delivery of executive leadership and development programmes at Regenesys.
